Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original condition, unwashed, and has not been cut or altered from its original yardage.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the fabric in its original packaging or a secure shipping bag, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
